WHAT TO KNOW ABOUT RUBY STAR MEMBERSHIP

 

  • Friend & Family Members get discounts to access Premium Upgrades for free series shows throughout the season. These Upgrades include 1 free drink and access to a premium reserved viewing section. These free drinks are above and beyond the drinks included with your membership level. The location of the reserved section may vary and not all free series concerts will offer a Premium Upgrade option.

    Founder members get access to the premium reserved viewing section throughout the season, whenever it is available at a free series concert.

    Some seating may be provided on first-come-first-served basis within the reserved viewing section, but we suggest bringing a chair or blankets for guaranteed comfort.

  • Doors for members open 30 minutes before GA doors, allowing first entry into the venue.

    Please note that doors may potentially be pushed back due to weather or production issues, though we do everything in our power to stay on time.

  • The reserved bar line is located at the main bar on the plaza beside the restrooms. There will be a sign indicating which line to use.

  • Members may pick up their season gifts at the Levitt check-in table at any free series show. Just provide your name and you will be given a bag containing your drink cards, sticker and any other gifts you’re entitled to based on your level. You will then be able to pick a t-shirt and/or sweatshirt of your choice, according to the level of your membership.

    Swag bags are picked up once a season per member. Member swag must be picked up and cannot be shipped. Digital member benefits will be emailed (discount codes, etc.)

  • Drink cards will be dispersed in the member swag bag that can be picked up at the Levitt check-in tent at any free series concert.

    Drink cards are distributed once a season and must be used to get your member free drinks.

    If you purchase discounted Premium Upgrades, you get the additional free drink from that upgrade.

    Drink cards are valid for any drink of choice.

  • There will be at least 2 special access member events throughout the season (late membership may result in missing events).

    Invites will be sent via the email provided and require RSVP.

  • Backstage tours are provided by request, as available, and take place between the time when doors open and the show begins.

  • Member benefits apply only to Levitt’s free concert series and no VIP status will be honored at any admission based events.

    Pre-sale codes and GA giveaways apply as available and according to member level.

    GA Tickets to ticketed events are made available according to member level benefits and in most cases, made available within 1-2 weeks of the event.

  • If you’ve signed up as a member but haven’t gotten a benefit welcome email within one week, email support@levittdenver.org - emails are most likely going to your spam, so add support@levittdenver.org to your address book.
